Who am I?
Hi, I’m Cornelis, an astrophotographer from the Netherlands. I began my journey into astrophotography in May 2021, and since then it has grown into a true passion and a big part of my life.
Despite the often cloudy skies here in the Netherlands, I make the most of every clear night. In the past year alone, I’ve been able to capture over 126 hours of the night sky. My current gear includes two telescopes: the William Optics Redcat 51 MK2.5 and the Askar 103APO.
I photograph a wide variety of celestial objects—from galaxies and nebulae to planets, the Moon, the Sun, and the occasional comet. Through my images, I hope to share the beauty and wonder of the universe with others!
